Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, trust agreements, and other trust related legal documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update legal precedents, templates, and standard documentation for the Trust Division
- Provide legal advice on trust structures, trust products, and related corporate matters
- Support establishment and administration of trust structures in compliance with applicable laws
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts and fiduciary services
- Oversee AML/CFT compliance requirements in line with UAE regulations
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring
- Manage goAML reporting requirements where necessary
- Perform internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance checks
- Contribute to development and enhancement of trust products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Corporate Law, Private Client Services, Fiduciary Services, or Financial Services Law
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations and Free Zone regulatory frameworks
- Experience with CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Trust Lawyer to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Trust Division through legal drafting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and trust product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, trust agreements, and other trust related legal documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and update legal precedents, templates, and standard documentation for the Trust Division.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on trust structures, trust products, and related corporate matters.
- Support the establishment and administration of trust structures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts, fiduciary services, and international wealth structuring.
- Oversee AML/CFT compliance requirements in line with UAE regulations and applicable Free Zone requirements.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Manage and support goAML reporting requirements where necessary.
- Perform internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and regulatory manuals.
- Support the preparation and review of trust accounts and related documentation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of trust products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Corporate Law, Private Client Services, Fiduciary Services, or Financial Services Law.
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations, compliance requirements, and Free Zone regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting is highly advantageous.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required.

- Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
