About the Role
3SHR Consulting is seeking an experienced Trust Lawyer in Dubai to support trust administration, legal drafting, and AML/CFT compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of trust law and fiduciary services.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and other trust related legal documentation
- Provide legal advice on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and corporate matters
- Support AML/CFT compliance including CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts and fiduciary services
- Contribute to trust product development and enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law
- Experience drafting and reviewing trust related legal documentation
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Must be based in the UAE

About the Job
- Location: Dubai, UAE. Employment Type: Full Time. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Existing UAE Trust Lawyer with AML/CFT experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Trust & Legal Advisory: Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds and agreements; develop legal precedents; provide legal advice on trust structures; support establishment and administration of trust structures; monitor legal developments.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Support AML/CFT compliance; conduct CDD, EDD, sanctions screening; assist with goAML reporting; participate in audits and risk assessments; develop compliance frameworks.
- Operations & Product Development: Support preparation of trust accounts; contribute to product development; stay informed on international tax developments; deliver training to internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law.
- Experience drafting and reviewing trust related legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations.
- Exposure to AML audits, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, compliance reviews, and goAML reporting.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) required.
- Must be based in the UAE.
