Role Description
- Handle end to end travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and related services.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare travel itineraries, manage bookings and modifications, and provide proactive travel advice.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other partners to secure competitive rates and ensure service quality.
- Maintain accurate records, process payments, promote relevant services, and collaborate with the concierge team.
Qualifications
- Strong reservations and booking management skills, including handling changes and cancellations.
- Proficiency in organizing comprehensive travel arrangements with a focus on tailored itineraries.
- Experience in car rental coordination and managing vendor relationships.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues.
- Sales and upselling abilities with a client centered approach.
- Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar travel/hospitality role.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or GDS platforms and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and discretion.
