Company Description

  • Infinity Lifestyle Management & Concierge is a Dubai based lifestyle management and concierge company delivering premium concierge, front desk, and resident support services for luxury residential, corporate, and hospitality environments.

Role Description

  • We are hiring Concierge / Receptionist candidates for a luxury residential tower in Dubai.
  • This is a full time, on site role.
  • The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a residential tower, commercial tower, hotel, serviced residence, or premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, calls, emails, and resident enquiries.
  • Receive, store, track, and notify residents of package and delivery arrivals.
  • Assist with amenity bookings and resident service requests.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and other service requests when required.
  • Escalate resident complaints or operational issues to the relevant department.
  • Liaise between residents, property management, security, and facilities teams.
  • Maintain accurate handover notes, logs, reports, and service records.
  • Support move in coordination, resident orientation, and general tenant support.
  • Provide local recommendations, restaurant bookings, taxi/chauffeur coordination, and general concierge assistance.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold luxury service standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations Agent, Facilities Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Experience in a residential tower, commercial tower, hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional under pressure.
  • Good computer skills and ability to maintain logs, reports, and records.
  • Knowledge of Dubai, luxury lifestyle services, restaurants, transport, and local attractions is an advantage.
  • Previous facilities management or property management coordination experience is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Hospitality minded and service driven.
  • Hotel/hospitality Experienced.
  • Presentable, reliable, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a luxury residential environment.
  • Able to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
