Overview

  • Infinity Lifestyle Management & Concierge is hiring professional Residential Receptionist & Concierge candidates for a luxury residential tower in Dubai.
  • We are looking for well presented, service driven candidates with experience in luxury residential buildings, commercial towers, serviced residences, hotels, or premium hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous approach.
  • Manage reception desk operations, calls, emails, and resident enquiries.
  • Handle resident requests, complaints, and service follow ups in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with property management, security, facilities, maintenance teams, and external service providers.
  • Assist with amenity bookings, meeting room bookings, and building related reservations.
  • Receive, record, store, and coordinate package and delivery notifications.
  • Support move in coordination, resident orientation, and general tenant assistance.
  • Arrange concierge services such as restaurant bookings, transportation, dry cleaning, courier, gifts, flowers, and other lifestyle requests.
  • Maintain accurate handover notes, logs, reports, and service records.
  • Ensure the reception and lobby areas remain organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism and grooming.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, concierge, front office, guest relations, customer service, facilities coordination, or property services.
  • Experience in a luxury residential tower, commercial tower, hotel, serviced residence, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic reporting/logging.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work in a structured team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous five star hotel, luxury residential, serviced residence, or premium front desk experience.
  • Knowledge of concierge best practices and VIP service standards.
  • Experience coordinating with facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, or property management teams.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai restaurants, transport, lifestyle services, and local attractions.
