Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Jeddah for a Transportation & 3PL Coordinator.
The role involves managing and coordinating transportation logistics, supporting third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing shipment schedules, facilitating communications with clients and suppliers, optimizing transportation plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with customs authorities.
The coordinator is also expected to actively resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of shipments with adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management, Transportation Management, and logistics coordination
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional Organization skills to handle documentation and schedules effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international logistics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
