About the Role
Fastgate Logistics is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Logistics Specialist in Jeddah to manage client relationships, coordinate logistics, monitor shipments, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate logistics processes, monitor shipments, and liaise with vendors and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations
- Handle freight forwarding operations and follow up on deliveries
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities and negotiating deals with clients
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and familiarity with sales processes and negotiation techniques
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and knowledge of supply chain operations
- Experience in Freight Forwarding and managing transportation documentation and compliance
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on site team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desired

Role Description

Qualifications
