Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Sales Executive in Logistics and Freight Forwarding.

The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers, and understanding their logistics needs.

Additional responsibilities include devising and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

You will represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events while achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization's growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, particularly in logistics and freight forwarding services
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, freight forwarding operations, and customs clearance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in market analysis and developing strategic sales plans
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
