- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Freight Operation role based in Jeddah.
- Manage day to day freight operations, ensuring timely and secure transportation of shipments.
- Coordinate with clients and government authorities, prepare logistics documentation, track shipments, and handle customs clearance processes.
- Implement continuous process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and solve logistical challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Operations Management for handling day to day logistics tasks and ensuring process efficiency
- Project Management skills to organize, plan, and execute freight operations within deadlines
- Proactive problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of customs regulations and a background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
