Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations.
- Assign drivers and vehicles according to daily requirements.
- Prepare and monitor driver and vehicle schedules.
- Ensure employees, goods, and materials are transported safely and on time.
- Monitor drivers' attendance, performance, and compliance with company rules.
- Conduct regular checks on vehicles to ensure they are clean, safe, and operational.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitor fuel usage and maintain accurate fuel records.
- Ensure drivers have valid licenses and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Report accidents, vehicle breakdowns, delays, and other transport-related incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and daily trips.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
