Job Summary
Support the sales team with daily sales activities, customer communications, order processing, and administrative tasks.
The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales team activities and provide administrative support.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and requests.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and other departments for timely delivery.
- Monitor sales orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up with customers and sales representatives regarding pending quotations and orders.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales activities when required.
- Assist with sales targets and customer relationship maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure sales documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
