Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport schedules, bookings, and dispatch activities
- Plan and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time
- Monitor vehicle movements through GPS tracking and dispatch systems
- Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and operational documentation
- Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
- Handle transport related issues and provide timely solutions
- Support continuous improvement of transportation operations and service quality
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport dispatching, logistics coordination, or fleet management
- Strong experience in route planning, scheduling, and transportation operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and transport management systems
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational requirements

- We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Transport Dispatcher to join our growing team and oversee the coordination of our daily transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
