Responsibilities
- Own the day to day across social channels, mainly Instagram, TikTok, and wherever culture takes us next
- Concept, shoot, edit, and produce content in house
- Pitch and run with your own ideas, whether that's a series concept, a trend you want to flip, or an activation
- Bring our brand world to life across every channel and touchpoint, working within our guidelines
- Pull the basics on reporting and know what the numbers mean
- Shape how our community shows up online through DMs, comments, and conversations
- Support the team on the offline side: experiences, events, partnerships, and activations
- Spot the moments, trends, and creators worth plugging into
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management
- Hands on with video and stills (shoot, edit, turn around something good, fast) using tools like Canva and CapCut
- A creative eye, a solid grasp of basic design principles, and an instinct for good visuals
- Startup mentality: reactive, bold, open to making mistakes and learning from them
- A people person, online and off. Warm, sociable, and happy to step into the room when needed
- A genuine love for animals (non negotiable)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a desirable asset
- Some examples of creative work (video, static, or both) you can share with us

About the Role
- We're looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to come in, roll up their sleeves, and help us bring our brands to life online and in real life.
- This isn't a 'post the content calendar and clock out' kind of role. You'll be working directly with our Head of Marketing on everything from big picture brand moments to the tiny details that make our brands instantly recognisable.
What you’ll be doing Social
- Owning the day to day across our social channels, mainly Instagram, TikTok, and wherever culture takes us next
- Concepting, shooting, editing, and producing content in house
- Pitching and running with your own ideas, whether that's a series concept, a trend you want to flip, or an activation you've been dying to try
- Bringing our brand world to life across every channel and touchpoint, working within our guidelines to keep things consistent, recognisable, and unmistakably us
- Pulling the basics on reporting and knowing what the numbers mean
What you’ll be doing Community (online & IRL)
- Shaping how our community shows up online through DMs, comments, and conversations that make people feel part of something
- Supporting the team on the offline side: experiences, events, partnerships, and activations
- Spotting the moments, trends, and creators worth plugging into
What we’re looking for
- 1 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management. Agency, in house, freelance, or your own projects all count
- You live on social media and can tell when a brand's getting it right
- A creative eye, a solid grasp of basic design principles, and an instinct for good visuals
- Hands on with video and stills (shoot, edit, turn around something good, fast) using tools like Canva and CapCut
- Startup mentality. You'd rather shoot a video in a few hours than plan it for a week. You’re reactive, bold, open to making mistakes and learning from them, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed!
- A people person, online and off. Warm, sociable, and happy to step into the room when needed
- A genuine love for animals (non negotiable). You'll be around pets daily and they'll be at the heart of a lot of what we do
- Some examples of creative work (video, static, or both) you can share with us. Nothing fancy, just show us what you love to create!
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a desirable asset.
Nice to haves
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience with content planning, scheduling, and analytics tools
- Experience working with creators and influencers
- Some Meta Ads Manager knowledge
- Experience supporting events or brand activations
- A community you've built or grown yourself
