Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Greet clients and their pets in a professional, calm, and welcoming manner
- Remember client and pet preferences, histories, and quirks to personalize every visit
- Proactively check in with regular clients and follow up after appointments or stays
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and bookings across services
- Provide accurate information about the full range of services
- Coordinate between groomers, trainers, boarding/daycare staff, veterinary teams, and clients
- Manage client and pet flow, and appointment prioritization
- Maintain accurate client and pet records
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional reception area
Requirements
- Warm, outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with customers and has a true love for dogs and cats
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Arabic language skills (spoken) are highly preferred
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools; comfort with booking systems, WhatsApp automation, and openness to learning new AI powered platforms
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or veterinary experience in the UAE is preferred

Role Summary
- The Receptionist plays a key role in managing client experience and front desk flow across our pet services ecosystem, in a fast paced, animal centered environment.
- This is not just an administrative role — it requires strong emotional intelligence, professionalism under pressure, attention to detail, comfort around animals, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
- Greet clients — and their pets — in a professional, calm, and welcoming manner.
- Remember client and pet preferences, histories, and quirks to personalize every visit.
- Proactively check in with regular clients and follow up after appointments or stays.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and bookings across our services.
- Provide accurate information about our full range of services.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism and care.
- Coordinate between groomers, trainers, boarding/daycare staff, veterinary teams, and clients.
- Manage client and pet flow, and appointment prioritization.
- Provide empathetic updates to clients regarding their pets' stay or visit.
- Support smooth daily operations and reduce waiting times.
Requirements
- We are looking for a warm, outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with customers, has a true love for dogs and cats, and is comfortable working around animals in a friendly, pet focused environment every day.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Arabic language skills (spoken) are highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
