Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets in a professional, calm, and welcoming manner
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and bookings across services
- Maintain accurate client and pet records
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
- Coordinate between groomers, trainers, boarding/daycare staff, veterinary teams, and clients
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional reception area
- Receive and verify deliveries, maintain stock records
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
- Comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience in the UAE preferred
- Experience in pet industry, hospitality, or premium service environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Greet clients and their pets in a professional, calm, and welcoming manner
- Remember client and pet preferences, histories, and quirks to personalize every visit
- Proactively check in with regular clients and follow up after appointments or stays
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and bookings across our services
- Provide accurate information about our full range of services
- Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism and care
- Coordinate between groomers, trainers, boarding/daycare staff, veterinary teams, and clients
- Manage client and pet flow, and appointment prioritization
- Provide empathetic updates to clients regarding their pets' stay or visit
- Support smooth daily operations and reduce waiting times
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools; comfort with booking systems, WhatsApp automation, and openness to learning new AI powered platforms
- Experience in the pet industry, hospitality, or premium service environments is a plus, but not required
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience in the UAE is preferred
