- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Greet clients and their pets in a professional, calm, and welcoming manner
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and bookings across services
- Coordinate between groomers, trainers, boarding/daycare staff, veterinary teams, and clients
- Maintain accurate client and pet records
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional reception area
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
- Genuine love for dogs and cats and comfort being around animals throughout the day
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools; comfort with booking systems and WhatsApp automation

Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools; comfort with booking systems and WhatsApp automation.
