Role Overview
The Transformation PMO Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The role leads strategic change initiatives, oversees the project portfolio, and aligns programs and projects with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Set PMO governance frameworks and consistent delivery standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams while tracking progress and performance.
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects.
- Analyze workflows, identify risks and dependencies, and implement process improvements.
- Provide regular status reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Coach project managers, standardize methodologies, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in transformation offices or enterprise PMO.
- Advanced planning, risk, dependency, KPI, and executive reporting skills.
- Business process improvement, project portfolio management, and resource management expertise.
- PMO experience in a consulting, agency, or fast-paced business environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- A relevant master’s degree or PMP, PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership.
