Key Responsibilities
- Own senior client relationships from brief to final delivery.
- Lead project scope, timelines, approvals, budgets, and commercial performance.
- Translate business challenges into clear, strategic briefs for creative and digital teams.
- Protect quality, consistency, and client confidence at every stage.
- Identify opportunities for retainers, cross-selling, and expanded partnerships.
- Lead client presentations, workshops, and senior stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with strategy, design, digital, and operations teams to remove delivery risks early.
- Ensure client communication, reporting, and documentation reflect Aimstyle's standards.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of agency experience in account management, client services, or business development.
- Proven experience managing branding, digital, or integrated communications projects.
- Strong commercial judgment and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects without losing sight of the details.
- Arabic and English fluency is strongly preferred.
- GCC market experience is an advantage.
