Lead a full 12-month transformation program.
Convert Group CEO priorities into coordinated execution across the client organization.
Operate as an execution-oriented transformation leader rather than solely as a senior project manager.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrated transformation roadmap.
- Coordinate client company leaders and Aimstyle workstreams.
- Lead weekly transformation-office meetings.
- Prepare monthly CEO and quarterly Steering Committee reviews.
- Control scope, deadlines, dependencies, and quality.
- Present major decisions with clear options and recommendations.
- Escalate risks, blocked decisions, and missing information.
- Ensure the transformation system is adopted and transferred to the client.
Requirements
- Bring 10–15 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or complex program leadership.
- Have experience working with holding groups or multiple companies.
- Have direct experience working with CEOs and boards.
- Bring strong Saudi or GCC business exposure.
- Be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrate strong commercial, operational, and financial judgment.
- Be execution-oriented rather than solely focused on senior project management.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Core KPIs
Achieve 90% or higher milestone delivery.
Escalate critical risks within 48 hours.
Close CEO decisions within agreed timelines.
Achieve strong adoption by company leaders.
Prevent uncontrolled scope expansion.
