The employer is seeking an experienced Soft Skills Training Specialist.
The role plans, coordinates, develops, and delivers management and soft-skills training programs.
The vacancy is for one position in Doha, Qatar.
Workplace and Schedule
- Employment is described as full-time.
- The contract duration is 36 months.
- Working hours are Sunday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver soft-skills and management training programs.
- Conduct competency assessments and training needs assessments.
- Design and customize training programs and materials.
- Manage training schedules and learning management system activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and participant feedback.
- Prepare training reports and return-on-investment analysis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and training providers.
- Maintain training records and certifications.
- Support digital learning tools and innovative training methods.
- Support ISO, risk, ISMS, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least six years of relevant Learning and Development experience.
- Strong training delivery and facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering soft-skills and management training.
- Experience with learning management systems and HR/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO, risk, and ISMS requirements is preferred.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
