Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis and develop standardized job descriptions.
- Support job evaluation and grading activities.
- Maintain job and grade matrices.
- Develop benchmark jobs and job family descriptions.
- Review and audit existing job descriptions.
- Develop HR manuals, forms, and related documentation.
- Support organizational structure and organizational change initiatives.
- Provide advisory support on job- and organization-related matters.
- Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on organizational development initiatives.
- Support ISO, risk, ISMS, and process-improvement requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in HR.
- A master's degree in HR is preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in job analysis, job evaluation, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation and job description development.
- Knowledge of HRIS or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- English and Arabic language skills are preferred.
