- Define and execute comprehensive training plans for retail and wholesale sales teams
- Identify specific development needs and ensure consistent brand messaging across the region
- Serve as Vacheron Constantin knowledge expert, educating sales teams on brand history, creations, and competitive advantages
- Plan, organize, and deliver all retail and wholesale trainings, encompassing e learning, in boutique coaching, and role plays
- Act as L&D expert, building annual training programs, establishing individual development paths, managing training budget, and collaborating with HQ
- Support retail performance by identifying high potential talent, implementing performance improvement action plans, and monitoring Mystery Shopping results
Requirements
- Essential retail experience within a boutique environment, ideally in luxury, with a proven track record in developing and implementing training strategies
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Profound knowledge of Vacheron Constantin or a strong capacity to quickly master brand specifics
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational and budgetary management skills
- Highly analytical, proactive, and creative
- Collaborative team player with autonomous approach
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (~70%)

Overview

- We are seeking a dedicated Training Manager to spearhead the Vacheron Constantin training strategy for our retail and wholesale sales teams.
YOUR ROLE
- Define and execute comprehensive training plans, identifying specific development needs, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across the region.
- Enhance the teams' skills, optimize sales performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Work in close coordination with HQ, Boutique & Sales Managers, and the local HR teams.
PLAYING YOUR PART
- Serve as the Vacheron Constantin knowledge expert, educating sales teams on brand history, creations, and competitive advantages.
