Role Overview
- FAENA The Red Sea seeks a Training Executive (Saudi National) to support learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Warriors.
- Assist in delivering service culture, brand standards, compliance, and operational training.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and communications.
- Maintain training records and manage LMS.
- Monitor training completion rates and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Assist in identifying training needs through feedback and audits.
- Support creation of training materials and resources.
- Coordinate leadership development and career progression initiatives.
- Support departmental trainers and leaders.
- Track and report training metrics and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and H&S standards.
Qualifications
- Passionate and driven individual with experience in training and development.
- Knowledge of LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment.
