- Conduct field inspections to monitor traffic conditions and the effectiveness of implemented management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary
- Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals, facilitating smooth project execution and compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on traffic patterns and management strategies, presenting findings to senior management and making recommendations
- Train and mentor junior staff on traffic management best practices, enhancing team capabilities
- Utilize traffic simulation software to model various scenarios, assisting in decision making and optimization of traffic flow around construction sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- 10+ years experience at infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5+ years working as Traffic Manager
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self driven, result oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership

Qualifications & Education
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience Requirements: Total Experience: 10+ years experience at infrastructure projects.
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Traffic Manager.
- Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
- Skills & Competencies: Languages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
