- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement
- Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as necessary
- Lead the risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Total Experience: 10+ years experience at infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, highways
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Planning & Reporting Manager
- Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A self driven, result oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules that ensure all tasks are tracked and milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with organizational goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to baseline or revised schedules.
- Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks to facilitate informed decision making.

Qualifications & Education
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
