- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide timely reminders
- Handle telephone, email, and correspondence traffic by screening incoming requests and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Prepare for meetings, organize required documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and other related logistics
- Maintain and safeguard confidential information and sensitive documents
- Organize filing, archiving, and document tracking processes efficiently
- Ensure effective internal coordination and facilitate communication between departments
- Communicate the General Manager’s instructions to relevant teams and monitor their implementation
- Support reporting processes by preparing presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
- Contribute to the smooth operation of office administration and daily administrative processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good command of English

Role Overview
- The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the General Manager’s office.
- The role includes managing the General Manager’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- The Executive Assistant is expected to work in a professional and organized manner, maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and support the efficient coordination of office and administrative activities.
