- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material quality

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 20+ years of experience in contract management site
- Minimum 5+ years as Quality Manager
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East is a significant advantage
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills

Qualifications & Education

Experience Requirements
- Total Experience: 20+ years in contract management site.
- Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years as Quality Manager.
- Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East is a significant advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Languages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
