- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams for effective execution
- Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Drive the annual business development planning process with clear targets
- Develop channel specific trade marketing strategies for retail, wholesale, and B2B segments
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Track and evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support new product launches with seamless trade activations and in store visibility
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Lead and develop the trade marketing team through coaching and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum of 6 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail and distribution channels
- Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
