- Drive performance management through KPIs, dashboards, and continuous tracking of commercial results
- Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Lead the development and execution of international market expansion strategies
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution models
- Oversee performance of international markets, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Align with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure integrated commercial execution
- Lead the development and execution of the Commercial function's strategy, OKRs, and performance roadmap
- Set clear performance objectives, provide support, and evaluate direct reports for continuous development
- Own the budgeting cycle and manage departments effectively within budget
Requirements
- 8 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial, sales, or market research within the food industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Exposure to international markets and expansion strategies is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the food industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial excellence frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organization
- Drive performance management through KPIs, dashboards, and continuous tracking of commercial results
- Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Standardize commercial processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels and functions
- Oversee trade investments optimization and ensure ROI driven decision making
- Drive data driven decision making by leveraging insights, analytics, and reporting tools
- Lead the development and execution of international market expansion strategies
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution models
- Oversee performance of international markets, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Build and manage relationships with key international partners and distributors
- Ensure effective go to market strategies tailored for each international market
- Align with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure integrated commercial execution
Minimum Requirements
- 8 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial, sales, or market research within the food industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in business development, market expansion, and strategy
- Familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Understanding of market analysis tools and techniques
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Exposure to international markets and expansion strategies is highly preferred
Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development and execution of the Commercial function's strategy, OKRs, and performance roadmap
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Monitor progress against targets and drive corrective actions where needed
People Management
- Set clear performance objectives, offer necessary support, and regularly evaluate and provide feedback to direct reports for continuous development
- Actively participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the function
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflow
- Create opportunities for team members to contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing initiatives
Budget Management
- Own the budgeting cycle and proactively contribute to the budgeting process
- Manage departments effectively within budget, providing accurate reports on progress and challenges encountered
- Formulate strategies that drive positive financial impact while mitigating financial and operational risks
Governance and Resilience
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent and controlled execution of daily tasks
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices to enhance operational effectiveness
