- Build and manage relationships with trading model principals
- Lead the Annual Development Plan (ADP) process with principals and internal teams
- Analyze market trends, category performance, and consumer behavior
- Conduct regular store visits and field checks
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Design and deploy monthly and quarterly trade initiatives
- Oversee successful launch of new products (NPDs)
- Develop, monitor, and manage trade marketing budgets
- Validate and approve customer claims and trade spend submissions
- Share competitive intelligence and market insights with senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 4 6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail and distribution channels
- Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with trading model principals.
- Lead the Annual Development Plan (ADP) process.
- Analyze market trends, category performance, and consumer behavior.
- Maintain deep understanding of key customers across channels.
- Conduct regular store visits and field checks.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Design and deploy monthly and quarterly trade initiatives.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams for planogram execution.
- Oversee successful launch of new products (NPDs).
- Support IRM forums with NPD status inputs.
- Develop, monitor, and manage trade marketing budgets.
- Validate and approve customer claims and trade spend submissions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 4 6 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail and distribution channels.
- Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
