About the Role
MH Enterprises seeks a Trade Marketing Executive for its Food Division to plan and execute trade marketing activities, coordinate with sales, and manage in-store branding and promotions.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities for assigned food brands
- Coordinate with sales team to implement promotional campaigns across all trade channels
- Develop and execute in store branding, POSM placement, displays, and merchandising initiatives
- Monitor promotional performance and provide post campaign analysis with recommendations
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and activation programs
- Ensure timely availability and distribution of marketing materials to sales team
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, product availability, and promotional executions
- Work closely with suppliers and brand principals to implement agreed marketing plans
- Track trade marketing budgets and maintain expenditure within approved limits
- Prepare monthly reports on promotional activities, ROI, sales performance, and market insights
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure promotional stock availability
- Support sales events, exhibitions, food fairs, and customer engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG food distribution industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay
- AED10,000.00 AED15,000.00 per month
