Key Responsibilities
- Planning, budgeting and implementing the brand wise sales and spends.
- Coordinating with the sales teams of different channels to focus and drive the various distribution KPIs.
- Communicating the various directions and instructions of the Principal to the sales team in a structured and systematic manner.
- Planning and ordering of required stocks as per agreed norms and responsible for the overall inventory management.
- Creating the monthly channel wise sales forecast in collaboration with the sales team and performance follow up.
- Build and implement the various trade marketing activities as per agreed activity calendar for each channel.
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of each trade marketing activity on key action standards and prepare a detailed presentation at the end of each month
- Circulating periodic sales reports, follow up on the KPI implementation, evaluation of various activities, stock management, presentation of monthly business reviews, competition tracking, customer and market feedback, consumer insights.
- Visit the market with the sales team to create the necessary impetus and enthusiasm to drive sales.
- Regular market audit of POS and planogram implementation and installed brand assets.
- Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG Trade Marketing
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability and experience of managing the job responsibility successfully.
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Good understanding of the MT, TT and GT trade channels in UAE.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
