Responsibilities
- Act as the Trade Finance SME for digital transformation initiatives.
- Guide testing teams on Trade Finance business scenarios, test cases, and defect analysis.
- Provide expertise across Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills for Collection, and Trade Finance Loans.
- Ensure compliance with ICC rules and SWIFT standards.
- Support functional data mapping between digital channels, workflow systems, and core banking platforms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Trade Finance experience in banking
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products and transaction lifecycles
- Expertise in ICC Rules (UCP 600, URDG 758, ISP98, URC 522) and SWIFT messaging
- Experience in Trade Finance digitalization, system implementation, or transformation projects
- Exposure to Temenos T24 is an advantage
- Experience working with Agile teams and supporting UAT/testing activities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business, or related field
- CDCS/CSDG certification is highly preferred
- ISTQB certification is a plus
