- Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions
- Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews
- Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management and regulators when required
- Act as the primary point of contact with Free Zone authorities and other regulatory bodies
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries
Requirements
- Experience in compliance or related field
- Knowledge of Free Zone regulations and UAE laws
- Knowledge of AML/CFT requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
