- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and business setup consultants
- Generate new business opportunities and convert sales leads
- Conduct regular meetings with existing and potential partners

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates
- Attend networking events to expand the partner network
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and sales updates in CRM
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
