About the Role
The Total Rewards Specialist will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Analyze and report on compensation data and trends.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns regarding total rewards.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
