Spa Therapist

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments, massages, and wellness therapies.
• Conduct consultations and recommend treatments based on guest needs.
• Deliver personalized service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, and organized treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Maintain and safely use treatment equipment and products.
• Explain treatments, products, and aftercare recommendations.
• Follow hotel and spa health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Promote spa treatments and products when appropriate.
• Handle guest requests and concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and professional conduct.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist is required, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa.
• Two to three or more years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or premium spa environment is specified.
• Knowledge of various massage and spa treatment techniques is required.
• Thai massage experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certification in massage therapy or spa treatments is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Good grooming and professional appearance are required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
• English communication skills are required.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
