Position Overview
The General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for a luxury hospitality property.
The role is responsible for exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, operational excellence, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
Role Details
- The position is in hotel operations within the luxury hospitality industry.
- The stated location is Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations and maintain luxury service standards across all departments.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve business, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop the hotel management team and employees.
- Monitor budgets, revenue, costs, financial performance, and profitability.
- Maintain relationships with owners, stakeholders, guests, business partners, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Oversee recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
- Represent the property and brand professionally and improve operational efficiency, revenue generation, and guest experience.
