Job Purpose
Lead strategic procurement, sourcing, and category management initiatives across the Group.
Focus on IT procurement covering hardware, software, IT services, and resources.
Drive spend optimization, supplier strategy, procurement intelligence, market analysis, commercial negotiations, and procurement transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group-level strategic sourcing, spend analytics, and procurement optimization initiatives.
- Manage IT procurement and sourcing, including hardware, software, IT services, and resources.
- Develop category and sourcing strategies aligned with Group business objectives.
- Conduct market intelligence, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis.
- Lead strategic negotiations, high-value contracts, framework agreements, and supplier partnerships.
- Identify cost-saving, efficiency, demand-management, and value-creation opportunities.
- Drive procurement transformation, digitalization, analytics, governance, and process improvements.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and supplier performance.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Strategy, Investment, and Business Units on procurement and business decisions.
- Lead and develop procurement teams.
