- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute
- At least 5 years’ nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic
- At least 3 years' senior nursing experience
- Strong clinical expertise in Infusion Room and OPD Oversight
- Demonstrate ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process
- Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards knowledge
- Application of the nursing scope of practices as per the regulatory framework
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Financial management principles
- Risk management principles, systems and best practice
- Stock control principles and management
- Verbal and written communication skills in English

Main Purpose of Job
- The Senior Oncology Nurse is expected to practice with a high level of clinical expertise, autonomy, and professional judgement in the care of oncology patients receiving outpatient treatments and supportive therapies.

Required Education
