Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk, policies, procedures and relevant legislation
- Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions according to company standard and legal requirements
- Facilitate positive patient experience through VIP Concierge & Experience Management services by creating a conducive environment as guided by company principles and initiatives
- Utilize all required stock and equipment efficiently, according to Mediclinic guidelines
- Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery or Bachelors degree in Nursing with a Midwifery Diploma
- Relevant Life Support courses i.e. NRP, PROMPT, Advanced CTG
- A minimum of 5 years hands on experience in antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care in leading healthcare institutions
- A minimum of 2 years in VIP maternity services as coordinator or client facing role
- Basic Arabic language skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Verbal and written communication skills in English

Required Education
