MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

  • To receive and unpack non medical stock deliveries and coordinate the preparation and packing of deliveries destined for business units

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Receive and check stock against orders and ensure proper unpacking as per company standard
  • Prepare business unit orders for delivery
  • Oversee the general tidiness of the store and proper shelve organising
  • Manage business card and stamp orders
  • Provide general administrative support to the department including participation in stock taking

Required Education

  • A formal high school qualification

Required Experience

  • At least 1 years' experience in a healthcare or service environment

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Client service principles and best practice
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft)
