Role overview
Support Oil & Gas EPC project operations through accurate tracking of workforce attendance, leave, and overtime.
Support workforce management, payroll, labor reporting, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Attendance and leave administration
- Collect, verify, and record daily attendance from biometric systems and manual logs.
- Maintain section-wise records for direct-hire employees and subcontractor personnel.
- Enter attendance data into Oracle ERP and distribute daily reports to site management and HR.
- Monitor leave categories, update balances and documentation, and reconcile discrepancies with supervisors and HR.
- Ensure attendance and leave administration complies with company policies and labor laws.
Overtime and ERP management
- Record and monitor overtime hours for blue-collar workers and subcontractor personnel.
- Verify overtime approvals against project schedules and company procedures.
- Monitor overtime thresholds and report potential policy or regulatory violations.
- Maintain real-time attendance, leave, and overtime data in Oracle ERP.
- Escalate ERP, biometric, or system synchronization issues and protect data integrity and confidentiality.
