Position Overview
The position is for a Time Keeper in the construction industry in Dubai, UAE.
The role maintains accurate attendance and manpower records for site and office employees.
The role monitors working hours, overtime, leave, and attendance reporting.
Salary
- The salary is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Experience and Requirements
- Two to four years of experience as a Time Keeper is required.
- Experience with a construction or contracting company is preferred.
- UAE construction industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of attendance, timesheets, overtime, and manpower tracking is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is required.
- Good communication, coordination, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance records for construction workers, site staff, and employees.
