Job Summary

Support daily HR operations with a focus on accurate and timely payroll processing.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave information, and payroll documentation.

Work with UAE labour practices, payroll procedures, and WPS requirements.

Compensation

  • Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Workplace and Availability

  • The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and work is performed in person.
  • Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
  • Process WPS payroll and coordinate with Finance for salary payments.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR databases, attendance records, and leave records.
  • Handle joining, onboarding, transfers, resignations, and exit documentation.
  • Calculate leave salary, leave encashment, gratuity, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Respond to employee queries about salary, payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits.
  • Prepare payroll, employee, and other HR-related reports.
  • Assist with employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and other documentation.
  • Support employee-related documentation, including visa, Emirates ID, medical, and insurance matters.
  • Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and general HR administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and align HR procedures with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR or payroll experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in monthly payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of UAE WPS, payroll procedures, leave salary, gratuity, and final settlement calculations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRMS, HRIS, or payroll software is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
