Job Summary
Customs Sales Executive role focused on generating business and expanding customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
The role covers the Northern Emirates and requires strong market knowledge and an established client network.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, traders, manufacturers, and logistics companies.
- Identify and approach potential clients across Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
- Conduct client visits and understand customs and logistics requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with operations and customs clearance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships and increase repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in customs sales, customs clearance sales, freight forwarding sales, logistics sales, or a related field.
