Role Overview
The PRO Manager / Government Relations Manager leads government relations, immigration, labour, licensing, and regulatory affairs.
The role supports employee and company operations and includes supervision of PRO and administration staff.
Construction or contracting industry experience is preferred in the role summary.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
- The stated compensation is AED 10,000–15,000 per month, with the description also stating up to AED 15,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
Government and Immigration Affairs
- Manage and supervise PRO and government relations activities.
- Handle employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID applications, and medical fitness procedures.
- Manage MOHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, ICP, Municipality, DET/DED, Free Zone, and other government transactions.
- Manage labour contracts, establishment cards, company immigration files, and related documentation.
