Overview
- TikTok Shop is looking for an account manager to onboard, incubate and support Partners in the France market.
- The role Partnership Development and Operations Manager is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through business development, training and project management.
Responsibilities
- Establish TikTok as the e commerce platform of choice for brands by building strong relationships with agencies.
- Support partners throughout their onboarding and incubation on the platform.
- Be responsible for TSP performance and growth by educating and training TSPs with best practices.
- Design and launch TSP incentives and activities to encourage TSP's engagement.
- Focus on new agencies in the e commerce ecosystem, building them up into successful TSP agencies.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Experience in partnership development and account management
- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind set
- Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions
- Strategic mindset and high curiosity to understand social e commerce in a France context
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- French proficiency as the person will need to be liaising with French stakeholders
