Overview

  • We are seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Partnership Manager to join our team.
  • The team is responsible to manage and drive its Turkey business.
  • As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains competitive and innovative in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients.
  • Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth.
  • Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics.
  • Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborating cross functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships.
  • Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up to date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi business clients.
  • Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
  • Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is essential.
  • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c level stakeholders).
  • Experience in digital sales is a plus.
  • Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen as well as an understanding of different business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
