- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients.
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth.
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics.
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships.
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up to date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi business clients.
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c level stakeholders).
- Experience in digital sales is a plus.
- Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains competitive and innovative in the market.
