- Conduct regular business reviews with reseller partners analyzing spend trends, advertiser acquisition, and product adoption
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements including automation
- Track and report on north metrics including share of wallet, new advertiser revenue contribution, and product adoption
- Support new market launches and new reseller onboarding in the CE and METAP region
- Collaborate cross functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Legal teams for deal execution and policy compliance
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, partnerships, or sales operations in digital advertising, media, or tech
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus
- Experience managing external partners or vendors
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator able to write concise operational updates and present performance data
- Self starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Prior experience in reseller, agency, or channel partner management (preferred)
- Exposure to TikTok Ads or other social/performance advertising platforms (preferred)
- Experience working across multiple time zones and geographically distributed teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with CE and METAP markets and digital advertising dynamics in emerging markets (preferred)

Role Overview
- TikTok's Global Reseller Team manages advertising business across 20+ markets without a direct sales presence, working with third party reseller partners.
- As Reseller Operations Manager for CE and METAP region, you will own day to day operations across markets including Kenya, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, central Europe and Africa.
Responsibilities
- Own day to day operations for CE and METAP reseller markets — tracking revenue performance, monitoring target attainment, and identifying gaps and growth opportunities on a weekly basis.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to give clear visibility into market health, advertiser trends, and reseller activity.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for CE and METAP reseller partners, handling escalations and coordinating support requests.
- Conduct regular business reviews with reseller partners — analyzing spend trends, new advertiser acquisition progress, product adoption rates, and account level performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements, including automation of repetitive workflows.
- Track and report on north metrics including share of wallet, new advertiser revenue contribution, and product adoption.
- Support new market launches and new reseller onboarding in the CE and METAP region.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and policy compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, partnerships, or sales operations — ideally within digital advertising, media, or tech.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with large datasets, building reports from scratch, and translating numbers into clear business insights; proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a must, experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience managing external partners or vendors, with the ability to hold partners accountable while maintaining a productive working relationship.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — comfortable managing multiple markets, stakeholders, and processes simultaneously.
- Clear communicator — able to write concise operational updates and present performance data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Self starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution without waiting to be told what to do.
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment where processes are still being built.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a reseller, agency, or channel partner management context.
- Exposure to TikTok Ads or other social/performance advertising platforms.
- Experience working across multiple time zones and geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with CE and METAP markets and digital advertising dynamics in emerging markets is a strong plus.
